Welcome to my practice. My therapeutic intention is to offer a safe and compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and known - a place to explore trust, healing, and transformation through the foundation of relationship. For over 15 years, I have helped people heal from complex and intergenerational trauma, childhood wounds, attachment and relational disruptions, anxiety, depression, and other distressing experiences.
I work from a holistic lens, collaboratively exploring your history, family-of-origin, cultural and societal influences, and other aspects of your story to identify the areas that need attention, healing, and care. I believe that fully addressing and healing our root issues are essential for lasting transformation. By focusing on underlying causes rather than the feedback loop of symptom management, we can move towards profound and enduring change.
I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and neurobiologically informed care. With compassion, warmth, respect, and commitment to your care, I will help you access your body's inner wisdom to bring healing to your nervous system, and your relationship with all parts of yourself and others. Healing is a sacred journey, and I would be honoured and delighted to accompany you.
