Anthony A. Cernera is a trauma counselor, psychotherapist, researcher, and three-time living organ donor who has dedicated his life to exploring how people learn, grow, heal, and change. You may have seen him on Good Morning America or read about him in Men’s Health Magazine, where his work and life story have been featured.

With a Master’s in Education, a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, AEDP and EMDR, Anthony is a licensed associate mental health counselor and a doctoral candidate in human development. His research centers on behavior change and habit formation, bridging evidence-based science with real-world transformation.

Outside of work, Anthony volunteers in hospice care, teaches meditation, and is a national champion skydiver, holding gold and silver medals from the USPA National Championships. He brings the same focus, courage, and compassion to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional practice.
