I help people explore their identities and relationships, finding their own authentic balance on the continuums of connection and autonomy; risk and safety; and adventure with comfort of the familiar. I have a particular passion for LGBTQ+ clients and experience working with non-traditional relationships. Some of my clients reach out for help navigating anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Others simply have a longing to live differently even if they are unable to put into words what that may look or feel like.

I work with individuals and couples in DC, MD, VA & FL. My office is in Dupont Circle in Washington, and I also see clients via telehealth.
