I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York working with adults, with a particular focus on men, anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, and emotional disconnection. My work is informed by AEDP, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic approaches.

Many of my clients are thoughtful and high-functioning, but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, shame, loneliness, anger, or difficulty knowing what they really feel. I aim to create a warm, active, and honest space where we can slow things down, understand what’s happening underneath, and work toward greater emotional clarity, confidence, and connection.

I am fluent in Polish and also offer sessions in Polish / Oferuję również sesje w języku polskim.
