Hi there, and thank you for visiting my page.

I have completed Level 1 training in AEDP and am currently enrolled in Level 2, which I expect to complete in June 2027. I am actively deepening my training and clinical skills in AEDP because I am passionate about offering therapy that goes beyond symptom management and supports meaningful emotional healing, connection, and flourishing.

I believe healing can happen when we no longer have to face overwhelming emotions alone. In our work together, we will slow down and pay attention to what is happening in the here-and-now, gently exploring emotions, protective patterns, and the experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.

My approach is warm, active, relational, and experiential. I am deeply committed to continuing to develop specialized skills in AEDP and to bringing thoughtful, intentional, and emotionally engaged care into the therapy room.

AEDP Level 1

Fees & Insurance: Individual sessions are $160 CAD and couples sessions are $185 CAD. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available at different rates. Psychotherapy services may be covered by extended health benefits; clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider.
