With approximately 12 years of AEDP training, I have the skills and capacity to hold your experience tenderly and help you move toward deep healing and integration to find a new level of well-being not previously possible. Together, we can heal the there and then in the here and now. You will leave each session feeling new, different, better.

I am a queer, and come from a bicultural Mexican-American family. I love AEDP therapy, because it has empowered me to have a genuine healing relationship with my clients, where I bring my full self in service of your healing. It has also given me skills for rigorous, therapeutic precision and a map to guide toward real change. I have specialties in optimizing creativity, working with academics, postpartum depression, all kinds of trauma, and working with immigrants, refugees and BIPOC (ask about pay as you wish, particularly for supervision). I am an experienced Experiential Assistant with the Institute. I also offer individual and group supervision, and love providing therapy to other clinicians. I particularly enjoy serving other AEDP clinicians and do have openings available. I also have an affordable research opening if you qualify (please ask).

When not in session, I am often kayaking, dancing, hiking with my dog, reading a great novel at the beach, or working in the garden. I may also be cultivating my spirituality and self-connection in the woods, making dinner for friends, or nourishing my own aliveness wherever it leads me.

I offer primarily Telehealth for New York clients, and am starting to see some in person clients at my new office in Asheville, North Carolina. I also have Associates that I supervise closely in their AEDP and IFS-inspired work with clients. They see clients by Telehealth and in person in our offices in Ithaca, NY. They often have very affordable openings for NY clients in need.
