I am a trauma-focused psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples reclaim safety, connection, and inner resilience within themselves and their relationships. Through experiential practices, I offer clients unique tools to access and process core emotions, deepen nervous system regulation, and renegotiate traumatic memories, meeting each person where they are and guiding them at a pace that feels right for them.
