I am a therapist based in Portland, Oregon. In person available in Portland, OR and tele-health throughout Oregon and Washington. I work with clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, perfectionism, anxiety, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, relational, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate AEDP, attachment-focused, and insight-oriented work to help clients better understand emotional patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create more connected relationships with themselves and others. I strive to create a space where clients do not have to perform, explain themselves perfectly, or already have everything figured out.
