My work is grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach that focuses on healing through safety, emotional connection, and relational depth. I work collaboratively with clients to slow down, track emotional experience, and create space for authentic expression and transformation.

AEDP guides my focus on helping clients build self-trust, work through relational and attachment wounds, and develop a more compassionate relationship with their inner world. Therapy is centered on creating a secure, attuned relationship where meaningful change can emerge naturally through connection and emotional processing.
