I provide AEDP and IFS trauma therapy focused on transforming suffering at its roots. As a life long spiritual seeker and meditator, my work incorporates both the psychological and the spiritual dimensions of healing. I am also a certified provider of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and am trained in therapeutic memory reconsolidation, or the neuroscience of transformational change in the brain. My approach is warm and engaging, and every part of you is welcome.
