I am an AEDP-oriented therapist offering depth-oriented, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults in Michigan via telehealth. My work is grounded in attachment theory, affective neuroscience, and experiential processes that support emotional safety, vitality, and transformation.
I specialize in working with developmental and relational trauma, emotional numbness, chronic self-criticism, overwhelm, and high-functioning burnout. I also work with adults with ADHD, particularly when attention differences are intertwined with shame, emotional dysregulation, relational trauma, or a long history of feeling “too much” or not enough.
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who appear functional on the outside but feel disconnected from themselves or others, despite years of insight or prior therapy.
My style is relational, attuned, and experiential. I focus on moment-to-moment emotional experience, undoing aloneness, and helping clients access adaptive emotions and core affective needs within a safe therapeutic relationship. I integrate somatic awareness and parts-informed perspectives in service of deeper emotional processing and repair.
I work with adults 18+ only and offer individual therapy via secure video throughout Michigan.
