Life can be messy, and I want to help you feel less alone in it. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I know how important it is to have a space where you can explore your identities without fear of judgment. Finding the right therapist can offer a secure, supportive place to land.
My background as a registered nurse has given me the privilege of being with people through deep pain and tough conversations. I’m comfortable holding space for difficult topics and want you to know you are never “too much.” You deserve to feel seen and valued for who you are.
I’m curious about how your life experiences have shaped you, the strengths that have carried you through, and how you make sense of it all. Many of my clients have found a stronger sense of self through building self-compassion and self-trust, and I believe growth and healing happen when we are fully accepted in our most human moments.
I proudly affirm 2SLGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, kink, and consensual non-monogamy, including poly/open/ENM relationships. I work with adults, teens, couples and polycules. I am passionate about supporting healthcare workers who want a therapist who truly understands their world.
