I love getting to participate in the deep personal transformation and healing that happens in therapy. I consider myself immensely blessed to get to offer my clients the gifts of feeling respected, understood, and unconditionally cared for. I believe that deep down, every client and every couple that walks into my office already has the inner resources needed to overcome the obstacles they are facing. My job is to support them in accessing those resources by working through the wounds, fears, lies, and insecurities that have been standing in their way.

I have training in EFT, AEDP, CBT, and various other therapeutic models that I tailor to each individual client or couple. I do my best work with clients who are open to the fact that the deepest and most lasting healing and transformation happens gradually. "Slow is fast" in therapy... So many parts of your story deserve such careful time and attention.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation in person or over the phone as a way for clients to get to know me before working with me and assess if we'd be a good fit. While I'm more than happy to provide counseling to anyone regardless of faith, I can also include a Catholic or more broadly Christian focus to the process if that's something you're interested in.
