Kaori Stram is a bilingual (English/Japanese) Asian therapist and AEDP certified supervisor providing warm, experiential, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults. She works with clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, shame, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and complex trauma.

Her approach integrates emotional and somatic awareness with relational work to help clients deepen self-understanding, process unresolved experiences, and develop a more secure and compassionate relationship with themselves and others. She also brings a culturally attuned perspective to working with Asian, Asian American, Japanese, and bicultural clients navigating family expectations, migration, identity, and life across cultures.

Kaori is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and is authorized to provide telehealth services in Florida. She offers psychotherapy in both Japanese and English, as well as AEDP supervision and consultation for clinicians.
