Hi! My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply heard, understood, and supported. Early in my career I trained as a dance therapist, an experience that shaped the way I listen to people. It taught me to pay attention not only to words, but also to the emotions and bodily experiences that often live beneath them. In our work together, we move at a thoughtful pace, making room for both what can be spoken and what may be harder to express.

I specialize in working within Torah-observant (Orthodox Jewish) communities and bring a deep understanding of the cultural and spiritual values that shape people’s lives and relationships.
