I approach therapy as a relational and experiential process grounded in safety, attunement, and emotional presence. Many of the clients I work with are outwardly capable and accomplished, yet internally navigating emotional disconnection, relational strain, burn-out, or the long-term impact of trauma and attachment wounds.
Using an AEDP-informed, trauma-focused approach, I support clients in accessing core emotions, strengthening self-compassion, and transforming long-standing survival patterns. My work is holistic and integrative, attending to emotional, relational, and somatic experience while honoring the mind, body, and inner emotional life as interconnected pathways to healing. Therapy with me emphasizes authenticity, repair, and the cultivation of secure, resilient ways of relating to self and others.
