My style is warm and authentic, and I love a well-placed curse word. I have 12 years under my belt as a therapist and now as a supervisor. Nothing you say will shock me. I deeply and genuinely care for my clients and invest my heart into their stories and healing. When I think back to the most profound healing moments of my life, they have something to do with being fully seen and loved. One of these happened in my therapy and shaped how I work with my clients.

Most of my training outside of graduate school has been in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and AEDP. I enjoy working with couples, attachment-related issues and trauma, and women in the perinatal period. My most recent training has been in Somatic psychedelic assisted therapy (PSIP) and I am so enlivened by the potential of medicine work.

You will hear much from me about self-compassion, giving yourself grace, and making yourself some lunch. My brain is a steel trap – And I will remember your dog’s name for the next decade.
