My work is deeply rooted in attachment theory and the premise of undoing aloneness within the context of our therapeutic relationship. I meet the client where they are and we work through whichever state your bring. Whether this is working through stress, anxiety and defences. Dropping into core affective experiences. Focusing in on the transformational experience or exploring the experience of core state. Sometimes one session can focus on one or flow through all. My hopes is that we do this in a manner that feels safe and provides a sense of vitality. One step at a time we beginning walking together on the path forward.
