Becky is an experienced clinician, registered with BACP, and receiving ongoing clinical supervision. She runs a social enterprise in Scotland, called 'Cowal Play and Family Therapy CIC'.

Becky enjoys working experientially and relationally alongside a wide range of adults and children/families experiencing trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression and stress. She utilises family therapy, eg DDP, Theraplay, Therapeutic Life Story work, and the BUSS model to support families- often working therapeutically with both parent and child, working to heal and support attachment and intergenerational trauma/patterns. Becky often works with fostered and adopted families/adults, particularly where developmental trauma and vicarious trauma are having impact. Becky has found that AEDP and DDP work beautifully together, to support and meet the needs of both adult and child therapeutically.

Becky offers an AEDP approach in her work with adults to bring about healing and transformation - sometimes utilising DBT to create stability. Becky augments these modalities with Neurofeedback and the Safe and Sound Protocol to support nervous system regulation.

Becky also enjoys supporting parents through group work, eg Circle of Security, Foundations for Attachment and DBT skills.

Becky brings alot of heart and compassion to her work, with a highly relational, empathic and experiential approach.
