I'm a Level 2 AEDP Therapist providing online therapy to adults throughout California, Washington State, Idaho and Virginia.

At the heart of my work is the conviction AEDP is built on: healing happens in connection. Many people have carried anxiety, old wounds, and painful patterns alone for a long time, often while appearing fine on the outside. My first priority is to offer a genuine, engaged presence so you are no longer alone with what you're feeling. That undoing of aloneness is where the work begins. From there, we slow down and work experientially with what emerges in the moment, so that emotions can complete, new experiences can take root, and change becomes something you feel rather than just understand.

AEDP is the foundation of my individual work, and in its integrative spirit I also draw on parts work when inner criticism or conflict is prominent, and on Emotionally Focused Therapy's attachment lens for understanding relational patterns. I work with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, the lasting effects of difficult experiences, and the patterns that keep repeating in their relationships.

I am also a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT). AEDP and EFT share deep attachment roots, and when a client's healing involves their partnership, I offer couples therapy grounded in that same experiential tradition.
