I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Greenwich, CT. I've been in direct practice for over 25 years. As a Level III AEDP therapist, I have an advanced skill set, confidence and ease with the work. I work in a very collaborative fashion, working with the client as a partner on a healing journey. Along with my AEDP training and experience, I have years of post graduate training and supervision in the treatment of eating disorders, addictions and compulsions from the renowned William Allanson White Institute in Manhattan. I've accumulated extensive experience treating individuals with eating disorders, substance abuse and trauma. Of course, I also treat anyone with anxiety, mood issues, depression, relationship difficulties, career transitions, and overall feeling of being "stuck'.
