I have over twelve years of experience with children, teens, and adults who have experienced complex and/or developmental trauma, and/or who struggle with anxiety or depression, or who identify as highly sensitive individuals. The care that I offer is informed by British Object Relations, an attachment based, relational form of psychotherapy which focuses on embodied experiences in relationship as the primary catalyst for healing. I also utilize AEDP. My presence is warm, gentle, and playful, and therapy with me goes at your pace, as slowly as needed. I offer in-person sessions only.
