The goal of our work together is to help you live with greater freedom and choice, so you can face your past with care. My role is to provide a safe space where you no longer have to hide who you are in the present. I’ll support your innate capacity to heal but also provide practical tools to create the change you want. My training in somatic psychotherapies like AEDP and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy assist me in supporting meaningful change in my clients.
