I am an integrative psychotherapist working at the intersection of trauma healing, attachment repair, and deep experiential change. My clinical work is strongly informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), alongside Internal Family Systems and contemporary family-systems approaches.

At the heart of my practice is an AEDP stance of undoing aloneness, fostering dyadic safety, and tracking moment-to-moment emotional experience as a pathway to transformation. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating complex relational and internal realities, including trauma histories, attachment wounds, religious identity, and high-pressure family or community systems. Through a relationally attuned and experientially grounded process, I support clients in softening protective strategies, accessing core affect, and transforming overwhelming emotional states into sources of resilience, self-compassion, and connection.

My approach integrates somatic awareness, parts work, and attachment-based interventions within a secure therapeutic relationship, with a focus on co-regulation and the natural healing capacities that emerge when the nervous system feels safe enough to unfold.

Alongside my clinical work in Jerusalem and with international clients via Zoom, I am completing my MSc in Psychotherapy Studies (NSPC / Middlesex University), where my research explores how therapists in Chassidic communities integrate experiential psychotherapy with traditional relational and spiritual frameworks.

I was blessed with the opportunity to be invited to New York to assist in a specialized AEDP training with Karen Pando-Mars at the esteemed ODA Social Work program, supporting Chasidish clinicians in developing greater attunement to experiential process and relational transformation in their work.
