Weekend 5:  Co-constructing a compassionate and self compassionate autobiographical narrative; learning how to keep metaprocessing; working to increase the capacity for joy and love (in both patient and therapist).

Schedule for Three-Day Weekend
Fridays, 1 pm-7 pm
Saturday from 9 am -5 pm
Sundays from 9 am-2 pm
