Certification Coordinator & Administrator

Carolyn has been with the AEDP Institute for ten years and serves as Certification Coordinator and Administrator. She oversees the AEDP® Therapist and Supervisor Certification processes, guiding candidates through each stage and coordinating with Certification Supervisors, reviewers, and the Institute’s Therapist and Supervisor Review Boards. She serves as a central point of contact for certification questions, training requirements, and Institute processes, helping clinicians navigate their path through AEDP training and certification.

In addition to her certification work, Carolyn administers the AEDP Scholarship Program, supporting applicants and coordinating the scholarship process across Institute trainings. She is also closely involved in course registration, payment plans, membership and directory administration, and day-to-day communication with faculty, supervisors, trainees, and members of the AEDP community.

Carolyn also plays an active role in the Institute’s website development and content management, helping organize and maintain course, certification, scholarship, and community resources so that information is clear, accessible, and current.

With a broad understanding of AEDP Institute programs and operations, Carolyn helps connect the many moving pieces behind the scenes while serving as a resource for clinicians and members of the AEDP community.
