Jason Trowbridge, MA, MFT
Jason Trowbridge is an AEDP Certified Therapist and AEDP Certified Supervisor with over 30 years of clinical experience. His work in attachment theory began with his study of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in 2007. He is a certified EFT therapist and supervisor and has supervised EFT therapists since 2017. As an AEDP supervisor, he emphasizes the self of the therapist, with the supervisory relationship serving as a living model of the therapeutic relationship.
Jason specializes in trauma and dissociation, working with and teaching IR-AEDP as developed by Kari Gleiser and Jerry Lamagna, and has advanced training in psychedelic therapy, including MAPS certification. He routinely teaches at AEDP events, including the “In It Together” conference in New York City, has been published in the Transformance Journal, and contributed to protocols for the AEDP Research Project.
