Jason Trowbridge, MFT
Jason is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified AEDP therapist practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has participated in the AEDP community as a research therapist in the AEDP Research Study, an instructor for the “AEDP, Spirituality and Psychedelics” course, a guest instructor at Essential Skills, founder of the Sacramento AEDP community, and has been an experiential assistant at a number of AEDP trainings. He feels fortunate to have been supervised by Diana Fosha, PhD, Kari Gleiser, PhD, Richard Harrison, PhD, Karen Kranz, R.Psych, Jerry Lamagna, LCSW, Benjamin Lipton, LCSW, and Karen Pando-Mars, PhD, among others. Jason is currently being mentored by Kari Gleiser, PhD and Benjamin Lipton, LCSW.
In addition to his work with individuals, Jason also works with couples from an attachment-based, emotionally-focused perspective, and is a certified EFT Therapist and Supervisor. He has also trained in AEDP for Couples (AEDPfC) and uses AEDP heavily in his couples work.
