Psychotherapist (AEDP I., CBT, Schema-focused CBT, Ego-state, Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy), medical doctor trained in General Practice. My two main focus areas are emotional eating and mental obstacles to weight loss, and medically unexplained symptoms (psychosomatic, somatization). However, as a psychotherapist I am equipped to help with a variety of mental and emotional difficulties like anxiety and depression, inner criticism and low self esteem, relationship and attachment issues, and trauma.
