As a psychotherapist, I offer a deeply safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore and embody the fullest dimensions of your Self. I practice from a somatic and relational approach to support adults and young adults heal from a variety of life challenges, including:
- trauma(s)- life transitions - grief and loss - relationship difficulties - family of origin issues - chronic illness and pain - depression - anxiety - addiction - and identity discernment.
I devote particular attention to the interconnections between mind, body, and emotion, and in supporting clients to reclaim and manifest their internal resilience and wholeness. I completed the AEDP Immersion course in February, 2019, and I plan to continue further training, as I feel AEDP beautifully synthesizes the attachment-based and somatic theories that intuitively guide me.
