Description
Presence, connection, and feeling what is alive in the present moment are at the forefront of my work. I help both men and women feel more clear, more connected, and more embodied. I want people to know they can trust their instincts, their impulses, their anxieties, and their feelings - as all of these experiences offer important information that we can mindfully attend to and mindfully apply to our lives.
