I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado (LPCC.0017296). I hold an MA in Multicultural Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado Denver, as well as an MA in Social Science from Regis University.
I specialize in chronic illness, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and anti-racist identity development for helping professionals.
In my work I aim to (re)connect individuals with their innate ability to heal through a holistic approach that acknowledges mind, body, and spirit as essential elements of creating a life full of vibrancy and meaning. I believe when we feel connected to ourselves, others, and the larger world, we thrive. My approach integrates experiential, attachment-based, narrative, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches.
