Elise works with adults and couples navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, intimacy, relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem. With a focus on LGBTQ+ populations, she works from a queer and gender-affirming perspective.
Elise believes therapy is a place to feel safe and understood, meeting her clients with warmth, openness, and curiosity. She views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process for clients to explore challenges, set goals, define boundaries, and welcome pleasure into their lives.
