I provide safe, affirming, and heartfelt empowerment and grounding to people experiencing a range of mental health issues. As a therapist I am dynamic, good-humored and creative. I love what I do! And nothing surprises me. We will work together collaboratively and will use a variety of approaches to ensure that treatment feels meaningful and progressive.
AEDP is my home base, and has become the foundation of my practice. I am also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Polyvagal approaches, and Ego States work+IFS, and am a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider, all of which I weave into the work I do with clients.
