I work with clients who are faced with grief and loss, trauma, are recovering from addictions, individuals who are experiencing anxiety, and those who are otherwise experiencing dis-ease in their lives. My counselling approach is experiential, collaborative, and holistic. I apply knowledge of attachment theory, emotion theory, and affective neuroscience to support our natural human disposition toward self-healing and self-righting.
With mindfulness, compassion, and empathy moving baby step by baby step I resolve to create a space where you can share your truest thoughts and feelings without having to wear a mask of protection. Experiential processing of emotion sparks our aliveness, hope, and clarity.
Our sense of our own truth emerges and invites us to act in ways which are in alignment with our values. When acting authentically we can create the relationships, ease, and dreams we yearn for and hold in hearts.
