I provide psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples, and families with diverse backgrounds of nationality, ethnicity, and culture. My areas of specialty include working with depression, anxiety, panic attack, complex trauma, PTSD, and marital and family relationship issues, by integrating strength-based, humanistic, attachment-based, and healing-oriented experiential approaches. My primary approaches are Emotion-Focused Therapy/Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT; the wisdom from Les Greenberg's and Sue Johnson's models), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
I also integrate other effective evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed intervention to tailor my treatment to fit individuals’ needs.
