I have been a psychotherapist for over thirty years, working with both individuals and couples. My initial approach was psychoanalytic but AEDP training, with its emphasis on emotions and healing, has greatly enriched and deepened my work. I am also certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, which is influenced similarly by new neuroscience research and has a focus on the experiential.
