The people I often work with are struggling with the feeling that they don't belong anywhere - whether that be with friends, family or at school, or work. They feel like they aren't 'good enough,' to be in the spaces or roles that they are in. Some find their relationships complicated - with friends, family, or romantic partners - where people don’t understand their values and what they want. You deserve to be heard, you deserve to live life on your terms with your values, and you deserve to space to belong.
You are the expert on you. I want to learn about you, your concerns and your goals. I give value to who you are, not just as an individual but as someone who is part of relationships (the good and bad), someone who is part of different cultures, and give space to Race, Gender, Class, amongst other layers of being complex humans.
It can be exhausting and lonely navigating a Eurocentric, colonial and individualistic world, where our ethnic/BIPOC/cultural ways of being don't have space. We deserve space and understanding of our selves, our relationships and our mental wellbeing. I would love to hear from you and get to know - as you you are - and support you in where you want to go.
