I am a compassionate psychotherapist interested in supporting people make contact with their intrinsic goodness, right here in the present moment. Through this process, I help people grow through pain and deal with life's continual challenges. I am deeply committed to exploring how the mind and body work. This curiosity lead me to both psychotherapy as well as the study and practice of Buddhist meditative arts. I have spent extensive time living and practicing in Buddhist monasteries and retreat centers throughout Asia and North America. All of these influences have supported me to embrace a psychotherapeutic approach imbued with mindfulness, loving-kindness, compassion, and more.
