I'm passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate, and safe space where teens, adults, and couples can bring all parts of themselves and feel seen and understood. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is crucial to healing and growth. With a genuine commitment to my client's well-being, I support them as they navigate life transitions, heal from past traumas, overcome shame, anxiety, depression, process grief, strengthen their identity, explore their spirituality, and enhance their relationships.
As a Korean American who lived for years in Latin America, I enjoy and I'm comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I can also provide therapy in Spanish, English, and conversational Korean.
