I believe that people have the innate capacity and potential to live peaceful, gratifying and joyful lives. No matter how difficult your current circumstances may feel, psychotherapy can help you make the necessary changes to have the life you wish to live.
In therapy, I strive to find a balance between offering compassionate support and challenging my clients to develop self-knowledge. Through the process of exploration and the development of self-knowledge, you will be able to identify and change those patterns that may be leading to your current circumstances.
My approach to therapy is based on a collaborative relationship with my clients. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, but incorporate many other techniques and interventions to assist you to work towards achieving your goals.
