I am a 1.5-generation Filipina-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I provide services to clients in CA and NV. I have worked in mental health and medical settings since 2011.I specialize in working with adult children of immigrant parents and Asian-Americans. AEDP helps my clients feel and express the emotions that they used to ignore, per cultural norms. AEDP also helps them heal from pain experiences.
Mental health continues to be stigmatized in various immigrant and Asian-American communities. It is time for change because depression, anxiety, and major life events can leave you feeling lonely and exhausted! Getting help for your mental health needs is an act of courage, not shame.
