Description
I help people reconnect with their authentic selves, claim core wants and needs, and undo unbearable aloneness. In the co-created safety of our relationship, we reprocess and integrate past traumatic experiences as a new narrative is created. I work with depression, anxiety, and eating concerns. Besides being a Level 3 ADEP therapist, I'm also certified in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.
