I help couples stuck in repetitive, non-productive conflict. Focusing on strengths and attachment styles, she helps partners understand the normal ups and downs of attunement and misattunement, learn and practice mindfulness and emotional regulation, heal small and large ruptures and build deeper emotional and physical intimacy and trust in their relationship. I have experience assisting partners repair their relationship after infidelity or breach of trust. If reconciliation is not possible, I help couples through the separation and divorce process.
I help individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues and loss. Focusing on strengths and resiliency, I help clients learn new coping techniques, emotional regulation and conflict management skills to meet their personal and professional goals.
