I have an associate Marriage and Family Therapy license. I have been in the mental health field for five years now. My focus as a therapist has been on trauma resolution, attachment based therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy and Body centered therapy. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Rolfer, Cranio Sacral Therapist and a somatic body-worker. I am passionate about supporting families, couples, adults and children in learning about themselves and developing a deep self-reflective capacity so they can feel moved to live life in its full potential.
