So often, struggles with relationships, depression, and anxiety reflect having a hard time accepting yourself, and harmful ideas you’ve taken in from people in your life. These can make it hard to feel good about yourself, to feel like you fit in, and to love and be loved. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable in your own skin, and to engage in life, work, and relationships with confidence.
I practice in a warm, related manner that facilitates growth, compassion and genuine self-expression. I have extensive training and experience in interpersonal (insight-oriented), attachment (AEDP), cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness-based ways of working. In our work together I will tailor and apply that knowledge to what works best for you.
