I continue to be amazed by the power of relationships to heal the deepest, most persistent sources of pain. I am committed to helping people make contact with the parts of themselves that are whole, healthy and untouched by whatever difficulties or trauma they may have experienced. I do this by paying close attention to your thoughts and feelings in the present while also including your body in the process, noticing how you experience your feelings physically. Throughout this process we work collaboratively to harness your innate resources for growth, resilience, and change.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stresses and life transitions. I also specialize in adoption, parenting and maternal mental health. Together we create an approach that fits your needs and uses your resources. It is my honor to work with people of all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations.
