I am a licensed mental health practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) based in Berlin, Germay and I am working in private practice for more than ten years. I am working with body oriented, emotion focused and attachment based methods. I have a somatic healing background, working hands on and hands off (Grinberg Method, TRE - Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and I am delighted to integrate the warm presence and loving stance of AEDP and make the transformational process experiential, explicit and relational. I am also offering monthly group work to my clients on how to hold for themselves and in their bodies the intensity of emotions and ground in their core self. I have always learned in international groups and I am working in German, English and French, online and in person.
