I call myself a biopsychosocial therapist, meaning I work with how we think and feel in our bodies in relation to ourselves, others and our environment and culture. I have been working with body-mind techniques since 1994 and have specialized in chronic pain. I invite you to go together on a journey of self-discovery, to help you integrate your emotional experiences with your thoughts, your body and your breath, also looking into how you integrate to others in your life.
I am a Psychologist in Brazil and a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Victoria, Canada. I have a master's degree in kinesiology, a university training in Yoga, a professional training in Eutony somatic practice and a certificate in Multi-disciplinary Pain Management from a Medical School. Chronic Pain has been my main field of exploration for the past 25 years.
When I'm not working, I love dancing, hiking, singing, as well as reading, studying and spending time with family and friends.
