Erik Wardell, M.A., LPCC is a therapist working throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and Colorado's high country. His therapeutic philosophy revolves around the idea that we all possess innate wholeness, goodness, and the ability to thrive. Yet, on this wild and messy ride we call life we often lose sight of these birthrights and slip into suffering. Erik believes his job is to help clients rediscover and step into these innate capacities so they can live more meaningful and rewarding lives. In addition to having Level I AEDP Training, he is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and grief and loss counseling.
